Everyone has some <a href="http://loose-belly.com">loose- belly </a>fat. The amount that you have determines the approach you should take to get rid of it. Regardless of how little is there, it is probably not healthy.<br />
People spend countless hours doing hundreds of crunches and see no results. They buy the latest abdominal exerciser that they see advertised on TV, but they still have flab on their bellies.<br />
They ask for help from the experts. There are plenty of experts to go around. Every single one of them claims that they have found the secret to staying thin, healthy and fit, for life.<br />
Some of them are telling the truth. Others are trying to sell their own line of foods, diet pills or exercise programs.<br />
The food industry is no help. Practically everything seems to be healthy in some way, these days.<br />
Potato chip manufacturers claim they are using healthier fats and that their products contain “no trans-fatty acids”. The trans-fats in question are a creation of man, not nature.<br />
They are partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. The labeling agreement reached between the US congress and the food manufacturers allows them to say that their products contain “no trans-fats”, as long as there is less than a half gram per serving. So, while the nutrition facts may say “zero grams of trans-fats”, the label of ingredients may include partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.<br />
Research indicates that trans-fatty acids contribute to<a href="http://loose-belly.com"> loose- belly </a>fat more so than other fats in the diet, even though the caloric content is the same as that of other dietary fats, at about 9 calories per gram of fat. So, all calories are not the same.<br />
It has long been held as fact that the only way to lose weight or harmful belly fat is to burn more calories than we consume. The latest research may change all of that. Before long, if the news comes out, the diet food industry may go out of business.<br />
You may have heard that carbohydrates are the problem and that you should go on the South Beach or Atkins diet. Carbohydrates are not the problem. We need them for energy and for our brains to function normally.<br />
Try cutting out carbohydrates completely for a few days and see how difficult it is to write or even think in complete sentences, much less go for a long walk. You simply will not have the energy.<br />
Some carbohydrates probably do contribute to belly fat. They also cause other health problems, such as increased blood sugar and insulin levels. Those carbohydrates are, once again, inventions of man.<br />
They are not the natural fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains and other plant foods that are categorized as complex carbohydrates. They are processed and refined. The nutritional value is practically non-existent.<br />
So, not all carbohydrates are the same. Not all fats are the same. Not all calories are the same. It would take a book to explain the whole thing to you. But, here is just one hint. If it is a frozen dinner, it will not help you lose belly fat.</p>

<p>People do not really understand the risks of being overweight. The majority would say they would like to look better. Looking better certainly is an advantage of losing weight but this should not be the sole reason to <a href="http://loose-belly.com">weight loss</a>. Being overweight for a long period of time kills thousands of people every year. There are thousands of studies that have shown and proven without any doubt that losing body fat will improve and lengthen your life. There are different e-Books which will give you a picture of the dangers of being overweight. Knowing the dangers of being overweight is a tremendous motivator to not only lose fat but to keep it off.</p>
<p>People do not commit to permanent lifestyle changes. So many people consider a diet as something temporary. When they are on a diet they control themselves so much that they are miserable. Sooner or later failure is unavoidable because of the unreasonable demands of most diets. Some of these diets force you to only eat definite foods (e.g., no crabs, special soups etc).
